How to Export Canva Designs for Professional Printing

To ensure your file come out crisp and perfectly aligned, please follow these steps to export your file from Canva:

• Open your design in Canva.
• Click the "Share" button in the top right corner.
• Select "Download" from the dropdown menu.
• Change the "File Type" to: PDF Print (This is the most important step for high resolution!).
• Check these two boxes:

• • ✅ Crop marks and bleed (This ensures no white edges after we cut them).
  • ✅ Flatten PDF (This ensures all your fonts and images stay exactly where you put them).
• Color Profile: If you have the "Pro" version, select CMYK. If not, RGB is fine and we will convert it for you.
• Click Download and email the file to us info@wimberleyprintingcompany.com !

Quick Checklist Before You Export:

• Resolution: Ensure any photos you uploaded are high quality (not blurry).
• Safe Zone: Keep all important text and logos at least 1/8" (0.125 in) away from the very edge of the page so nothing gets accidentally trimmed off.
